Basic Exhibition Options

LOPE-C offers a wide variety of sponsoring packages to suit individual requirements of stand sizes and outfitting.

Booth space alone:
Price per sqm begins at € 245.00. There is no stand construction and no furniture included.

Academic/University Special Offer:
Academic Institutions/Universities pay a special flat rate of € 1,700.00 for a stand of 3 sqm. This includes one back wall, a conference table with one chair and 1 main conference ticket incl. coffee breaks, lunch and drink reception.

Basic Exhibitor Packages
Prices begin at € 2,400.00 which includes 6 sqm of stand space, stand walls, carpet, 1 bar table, 3 bar stools, 1 counter and lettering. Also included are coffee breaks, lunch, admission to the drinks reception as well as your company logo on the website / exhibitor list with link to company website.

Premium Sponsoring Packages
Prices begin at € 4,500.00 for 6 sqm stand space, including stand walls, carpet, 1 bar table, 3 bar stools, 1 counter and lettering. Also included are coffee breaks, lunch, admission to the drinks reception and gala dinner as well as your company logo on the website / exhibitor list with link to company website. You will also receive 2 main conference tickets and your company logo printed in one of the event newsletters.

For companies interested in additional marketing, numerous options can be discussed individually. Possibilities range from typical give-aways such as ball-point pens, lanyards, tote bags etc. to sponsoring the catering of coffee breaks, lunch or the drinks reception.
