Biography

Peter Slikkerveer worked from 1987 to 2004 at Philips Research Labs Eindhoven in the area of Materials and Processing Research. The projects he has been heading include studies towards the usage of printing technologies in the electronics manufacturing and the manufacturing of flexible displays. From 2004 he is leading in the research and development of miniature systems for smartcard and label applications, first at Philips, then at NXP Semiconductors and lately at MpicoSys, which company is dedicated to these markets.
