Most of our website is accessible without registration. In some parts though, we need your personal data in order to provide the requested services.
Of course, personal data will be used according the respective German laws and for Mesago use only. We do not sell or otherwise market personal data to third parties. Under existing law, you are entitled to request written information on what items of your personal data Mesago has saved. Any necessary corrections, bans or deletions resulting from the provision of such information shall be implemented without undue delay.
In order to prevent accidental or intentional manipulation, loss or destruction or access by unauthorised persons, all personal data is encrypted on being forwarded. Our security measures are constantly enhanced in accordance with technological development.
This declaration does not apply to external websites which may be linked to the Mesago portal.
Whilst every care has been taken in the preparation of the content of our website, we do not have any influence on the content of third-party sites if our site also contains links to such external sites. We therefore do not assume any liability for the content of these external sites. The respective provider/operator of the third-party shall always be held responsible for the content of the linked sites. We cannot reasonably be expected to exercise permanent control over the content of the linked sites without any specific indications of an infringement of rights and we therefore do not conduct such controls. However, should we become aware of any infringements of rights, we will remove such links immediately. The same applies to the entries stated under the name of the respective provider/operator or any future layout of the linked sites undertaken by the latter; the respective provider/operator is solely responsible for the execution of such entries or layouts.
Despite regular data safeguards and the deployment of failsafe archiving systems Mesago shall not be liable for the sotrage and archiving of data registered by the user in the context of the function "MyAccount" (personal check lists, deadlines, individual notes). Mesago further resolves the right, for example after the end of Mesago events, to delete data registered by the user without giving prior notice.
